The Function of Camshaft Intake and Exhaust Solenoid Valves

The camshaft intake and exhaust solenoid valves control the movement of the valve body to open or close different oil discharge ports, while the oil inlet port remains normally open. Hydraulic oil then enters different discharge pipes, and the oil pressure drives the piston of the oil cylinder. The piston, in turn, drives the piston rod, which moves the mechanical device. In this way, mechanical movement is controlled by switching the current to the solenoid on and off. The working principle of the overhead camshaft actuator solenoid valve is as follows: 1. Through the control section, force is applied to the control cam in the upper-level command for operation. 2. The camshaft position sensor then transmits this command and feeds it back to the cam operation position, providing information. The upper-level control system can make control decisions based on this feedback information, thereby achieving the control objective.
