Solutions for Handlebar Vibration on Motorcycles?

The simplest modification method is to tighten the engine screws, replace with a larger front sprocket, and switch to a counterbalance shaft engine. After confirming the engine is fault-free, replace with full synthetic oil and add castor oil. Replace with iridium spark plugs and digital igniters.
I'm totally qualified to speak on this. Just last week, I did a full vibration reduction treatment on my old street bike. Worn engine mounting bushings are the most common vibration source - replacing them with honeycomb-damped bushings can absorb 30% of vibrations. Never overlook handlebar balancing weights. Many modified handlebars actually increase vibration after weight reduction, but stuffing 20-yuan counterweights from Taobao into both ends shows immediate effect. If you've modified the steering stem bearings, remember to check preload - excessive tightness transmits frame vibration straight to the handlebars. Finally, install a pair of silicone-filled anti-vibration grips and combine with knee-clamping the fuel tank while riding to reduce arm pressure. Even after half-hour urban rides, my hands stay completely numb-free.
