Should You Replace 2 or 4 Tires?

It is recommended to replace all 4 tires at once. If conditions do not permit, at least replace the 2 tires on the same axle. Below are the criteria and precautions for tire replacement: Criteria for tire replacement: Tires that are severely worn, aged, frequently patched, bulging/deformed, or have punctures on the sidewall should be replaced promptly. Precautions for tire replacement: Tires on the same axle should have identical specifications, structure, manufacturer, and tread pattern, including load index and speed rating. When replacing only 2 tires, it is advisable to install the new tires on the rear wheels. When replacing only 1 tire, the new tire must have a tread depth similar to the other tire on the same axle, otherwise it may cause issues like vehicle pulling to one side.
