Should the vehicle qualification certificate be submitted to the DMV for new car registration?

After registering a new car, the original qualification certificate is kept by the DMV. The DMV is primarily responsible for handling vehicle registration, modification, transfer, mortgage, and deregistration. It also processes applications for driver's licenses, replacements, renewals, inspections, and other services related to vehicles and drivers. The following are the relevant regulations: 1. When the DMV handles vehicle registration, driver's license exams, and issuance, it must use a business process record form (hereinafter referred to as the "Process Record Form") to document the procedures for vehicle registration and driver's license exams and issuance. Upon completing the task, each station must sign the "Process Record Form." The supervisory station or business leadership station must note clear handling opinions on the "Process Record Form" when addressing issues raised by various stations. The "Process Record Form" is archived in the vehicle and driver's files. 2. Establish station logs. The vehicle inspection station and registration acceptance station must daily record details such as the owner, model, acceptance date, and completion date for each vehicle processed, as well as note any non-compliant issues and their resolution. The file management station and license plate management station must also record the license plate number for each vehicle in addition to the above details.
