The Hongqi HS5 can use 95 octane gasoline. This octane rating is recommended in the vehicle's official user manual. In addition to checking the appropriate gasoline octane in the user manual, the fuel cap of the Hongqi HS5 will also indicate the recommended octane. Generally, the octane can also be determined based on the engine's compression ratio. Vehicles with an engine compression ratio between 8.6-9.9 should use 92 octane gasoline, while those with a compression ratio between 10.0-11.5 should use 95 octane gasoline. If the compression ratio is even higher, 98 octane gasoline is recommended. However, with the application of new technologies, the octane cannot be solely determined by the compression ratio. Engines with high compression ratios can also be tuned to use lower octane gasoline due to other influencing factors such as ignition timing, turbocharging technology, and Atkinson cycle technology. Generally, the higher the octane rating, the higher the octane number and the better the anti-knock performance. 92 octane gasoline contains 92% isooctane and 8% n-heptane, while 95 octane gasoline contains 95% isooctane and 5% n-heptane. If the Hongqi HS5 occasionally uses the wrong octane gasoline, simply switch back to the correct octane after the current tank is used up. However, long-term use of the wrong octane can have the following effects: For vehicles recommended to use lower octane gasoline, using higher octane gasoline will not cause damage, but the increased octane number may alter the fuel's ignition point, leading to delayed combustion in the engine. This reduces the engine's power output and thermal efficiency, resulting in poorer performance. For vehicles recommended to use higher octane gasoline, using lower octane gasoline can cause engine knocking. The significantly lower octane number lowers the fuel's ignition point, causing premature ignition during the compression stroke. If combustion occurs before the spark plug ignites, resistance will develop during the upward stroke. This resistance makes the engine run very unstably. Mild knocking may only increase noise without significant engine damage, but severe knocking indicates serious engine conditions, affecting not only driving stability but also causing abnormal wear on pistons and cylinders, potentially leading to cylinder scoring in extreme cases.

Why Does the Car Shake Violently When Starting in First Gear?

Reasons for severe shaking when starting in first gear: excessively low temperature and prolonged vehicle parking. Excessively low temperature: Primarily due to extremely low temperatures, the lubricating oil is in a semi-solidified state and cannot fully perform its lubrication function. Therefore, the resistance during startup is greater than when starting at normal temperatures, leading to shaking phenomena. Prolonged vehicle parking: The engine oil inside the engine flows back into the oil pan at the bottom of the engine. Thus, when starting the engine after prolonged disuse (such as overnight), the upper part of the engine is actually in a state without oil and lacks lubrication. It takes approximately 30 seconds after starting for the oil pump to circulate and deliver oil to the components most in need of lubrication, such as the pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft.

Why Does the Car Suspension Make Noise When Going Over Bumps?

The main reason for noise when the car suspension goes over bumps is shock absorber oil leakage. Hazards of shock absorber oil leakage: Shock absorber oil leakage can result in poor damping performance, especially causing noise when driving on rough roads. Over time, it can damage the suspension springs and the vehicle body. Replacing the shock absorber: First, remove the four screws and take off the fender, where you can see the repaired AB glue on the fender. Loosen the two screws fixing the brake caliper and remove the caliper. Remove the plastic cover at the top of the shock absorber, slightly loosen the screw with a hex key, then remove the two hex screws fixing the shock absorber and take it off.

How long does it take for traffic violation points to be restored to 12?

The driver's license will be restored to 12 points on the license points reset day, which is the day before the driver's license enters the next scoring cycle. Points reset cycle: If the driver's license was obtained on September 8, then at 24:00 on September 7 next year, the driver's license points will be reset, thereby restoring 12 points. Points reset includes the current day: According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses," if all fines are paid, the points will be cleared; if there are still unpaid fines, the violation points will be carried over to the next scoring cycle. If points are deducted on the same day, as long as the fines are paid promptly on that day, in principle, the points should not be carried over to the next scoring cycle. However, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no delays in data upload, which could affect the driver.

What Are the Reasons for Excessive Vehicle Emissions?

Excessive vehicle emissions are caused by the aging of various vehicle components; the use of low-quality fuel; and the failure of the catalytic converter. Below are the solutions for excessive vehicle emissions and the impacts of vehicle exhaust pollution: Solutions for excessive vehicle emissions: Inspect the catalytic converter; use higher-quality fuel; replace leaded gasoline with unleaded gasoline to reduce the emission of toxic substances from vehicle exhaust. Impacts of vehicle exhaust pollution: It is environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emissions, with main pollutants including hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, lead compounds, and solid particulate matter. It harms the health of humans and animals; affects plant growth; impacts material quality; and reduces atmospheric visibility.

How long is the validity period of the electronic driving certificate?

Electronic driving certificates have validity periods of six years, ten years, and long-term validity. Differences in electronic driver's licenses: If a motor vehicle driver does not score 12 points in any scoring cycle during the six-year validity period of their motor vehicle driver's license, they can renew it for a ten-year validity period. If they do not score 12 points in any scoring cycle during the ten-year validity period, they can renew it for a long-term valid motor vehicle driver's license. Introduction to electronic driver's licenses: Electronic driver's licenses use digital signature anti-counterfeiting technology, making them authentic, unique, safe, and reliable, addressing people's concerns about security. Additionally, they are generated based on the national public security traffic control electronic license system. After receiving them on a mobile phone, querying or displaying them is very convenient.

How many kilometers can a 60V 52Ah battery run?

This depends on the road conditions and the ambient temperature where the vehicle is used, which determine the mileage. If the road conditions are good and the temperature is above zero, the battery may run longer. If the road conditions are poor and the temperature is relatively low, the mileage will be relatively shorter. Factors affecting range: The final distance that can be covered is also related to the driver's habits, skills, vehicle load, fuel-saving techniques, road conditions, weather, and many other factors. When the fuel gauge light comes on, it is better to refuel as soon as possible. Introduction to range: This refers to the maximum distance that can be traveled with the remaining fuel in the tank at a relatively economical speed. The estimate provided by the vehicle's instruments is based on certain standards and calculations, derived from experience, and may not be entirely accurate.
