Car radiator antifreeze can be replaced because antifreeze also has a service life. If the old antifreeze is not drained and only new antifreeze is added, it will affect the quality of the antifreeze. The method for replacing antifreeze: 1. Open the engine hood, locate and unscrew the radiator cap, then find the drain valve along the radiator. The drain valve is usually located at the bottom to facilitate the drainage of antifreeze; 2. Open the drain valve and continuously inject clean water into the engine cooling system; 3. Wait for the clean water to drain completely, close the drain valve, and add new antifreeze until the liquid level is between the max and min marks; 4. Close the radiator cap, start the car, and let the engine idle for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, check the antifreeze level again and top it up to the appropriate level if necessary.
