Should the car heater use internal or external air circulation?

When using the car heater, it's recommended to first activate internal circulation to warm up the cabin, then switch to external circulation. The steps to operate the heater are: 1. Locate the air conditioning control buttons on the dashboard; 2. Press the ON button on the air conditioning control panel to activate the system; 3. Click the A/C button to turn off the cooling function; 4. Rotate the temperature control knob to set the desired temperature for heating. The car air conditioning system is an installed air regulation device with these functions: 1. It can cool, heat, ventilate and purify the air inside the cabin; 2. Provides passengers with a comfortable environment; 3. Reduces driver fatigue and improves driving safety.
In winter when I first get in the car and turn on the heater, I always start with recirculation mode first. Foggy windows are particularly annoying, and recirculation does heat up faster. Once the car is warm, I immediately switch to fresh air mode for ventilation - staying too long in recirculation can cause dizziness and drowsiness. Once I forgot to switch for two hours of driving and got out with my head buzzing. On highways I occasionally switch to fresh air too, otherwise the windshield fogs up badly. But rainy days require special attention - fresh air mode can cause water droplets to form outside the glass, when the defroster button becomes much more important than air circulation modes.
