Should Sunroofs Be Tinted?
1 Answers
Sunroofs do not need tinting. The glass of a sunroof already has UV protection and heat insulation functions. Applying tint film would increase the overall thickness of the glass, potentially causing the sunroof to operate less smoothly. Installed on the roof of a car, a sunroof effectively promotes air circulation inside the vehicle, allowing fresh air to enter. It also provides an open view and meets the needs for mobile photography and videography. Sunroof maintenance methods: 1. Regularly clean the mechanical parts of the sunroof with engine oil or lubricant; 2. Periodically clean around the sliding tracks to prevent the accumulation of sand particles, extending the lifespan of the sunroof's sealing ring; 3. Before opening the sunroof, check for any obstacles on the roof that might hinder the movement of the glass panel.
