Required documents for renewal include ID card, driver's license, medical examination certificate, photos, etc. The Vehicle Management Office is primarily responsible for handling motor vehicle registration, modification, transfer, mortgage, cancellation, as well as driver's license applications, replacements, renewals, verifications, and other related services for motor vehicles and drivers. According to Article 49 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses, drivers holding licenses for large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large trucks, trolleybuses, or trams must undergo a physical examination every two years and submit a health condition certificate issued by a county-level or higher medical institution or a military medical institution at or above the regimental level within fifteen days after the end of the scoring cycle.
