Should ECO be turned on or off?

Whether ECO should be turned on or off depends on different situations: In congested urban traffic conditions, it should be turned on; When driving in suburban or highway sections, it should be turned off. ECO refers to the energy-saving mode. When turned on, the car's engine and transmission will operate in energy-saving mode, which can improve the car's fuel economy. The principle of ECO is to make a comprehensive judgment on the automatic transmission gear, engine speed, and transmission oil temperature during vehicle driving, control the engine speed with reasonable gears, and calculate the fuel amount by the computer to provide the engine for work, so as to reduce the engine load.
I think it's a good thing to turn on ECO mode in daily driving, especially for someone like me who commutes in the city. It optimizes fuel efficiency, making the engine respond more gently when you lightly press the accelerator, not as aggressive as usual; it saves fuel costs, probably saving hundreds of dollars a year, not to mention the environmental bonus. But if you turn off ECO, the acceleration is indeed more powerful, making overtaking or climbing steep slopes more enjoyable, but the fuel consumption also skyrockets. I usually only try it occasionally on weekends when driving on the highway. The key is to adapt to your habits: use ECO in traffic jams or on flat roads for stability and economy; turn it off if you're after excitement, but don't switch frequently to avoid damaging car parts.
