When driving on highways under special weather conditions, it is advisable to reduce speed. Motor vehicles operating on highways must comply with the following regulations when encountering low visibility weather conditions such as fog, rain, snow, dust, or hail: 1. The speed should not exceed 20 kilometers per hour, and exit the highway as soon as possible from the nearest exit.
