Reasons for Severe Shaking at the Moment of Starting with Newly Replaced Clutch Three-Piece Set

Replacing the clutch disc may cause shaking during start-up. Since the new clutch has machining marks, it requires mutual running-in to become smooth. The shaking phenomenon will disappear with increased usage time. Reasons for car shaking during start-up: Wear in the three clutch components (clutch disc, flywheel, pressure plate), usually significant wear in the clutch disc, leading to shaking during start-up. Too little throttle during start-up, resulting in too low engine output power, causing the vehicle to shake during start-up. Solutions for car shaking during start-up: Poor contact of the clutch lining, surface hardening, or adhesion of sticky substances can easily cause clutch shaking. In this case, the clutch lining should be reconnected.
