Reasons for high engine RPM of Besturn B50 at high speed
1 Answers
Besturn B50's high engine RPM at high speed is caused by clutch slippage. Principle of turbocharging: A turbocharged engine relies on a turbocharger to increase the engine's air intake. The turbocharger (Turbo) is essentially an air compressor. It uses exhaust gases from the engine as power to drive the turbine in the turbine housing (located in the exhaust passage), which in turn drives the coaxial impeller (located in the intake passage). The impeller compresses fresh air delivered through the air filter pipe and sends it into the cylinders. When the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas discharge speed and turbine speed also increase synchronously, allowing for greater air compression. This correspondingly increases the engine's air intake and output power. Function of turbocharging: The main function of turbocharging is to increase the engine's air intake, thereby improving the engine's power and torque, making the car more powerful.
