Go to the hospital designated by the DMV for a physical exam, verify your ID, submit one photo, and obtain the physical exam form. Go to the DMV, take a number and wait in line, receive a driver's license application form, fill it out according to the provided sample, and attach your photo. When your number is called, submit the materials to the DMV officer, then pay the driver's license processing fee. After submitting the materials, there is a review process.
