The air conditioning filter is located inside the glove compartment on the passenger side. Here are the steps for removing and installing the air conditioning filter: 1. Remove the black plastic panel under the passenger seat by detaching the two retractable clips on the panel. 2. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, remove the body control module, and then remove the bracket that holds the body control module. 3. Remove the left-side panel on the passenger side by unscrewing the four screws. 4. When installing the filter, pay attention to the arrow symbol on the edge of the filter; the upward direction indicates which side should face up. 5. Clean the frame thoroughly before installing the new filter. 6. Be cautious of any loose sealing foam.

I often drive the Chery Fulwin 3, and I'm very familiar with the location of the cabin air filter. It's right behind the glove compartment on the passenger side, and it's relatively simple to remove. First, open the glove compartment, and you'll see plastic clips on both sides of the compartment. Press them inward simultaneously to remove the entire glove compartment. After removing the glove compartment, there's a rectangular plastic cover. Gently pry open the clips, and you'll see the cabin air filter itself. When removing it, pay attention to the installation direction of the filter—the arrow on the new filter usually points downward. I've changed it several times myself, and it only takes about ten minutes. By the way, replacing it every six months is ideal to prevent air conditioning odors and reduced airflow. Buying the filter online costs only about 20 yuan, which is much more cost-effective than going to a 4S shop.

At what engine temperature does the Qidian 150G1's fan start working?

Qidian 150G1's fan starts working when the engine temperature reaches 90 degrees. Definition of motorcycle engine: A motorcycle engine is a mechanical device that ignites the fuel-air mixture entering the cylinder, converting the thermal energy generated by combustion into mechanical energy. The crankshaft then transmits this power through the transmission mechanism to the motorcycle's rear wheel, transforming it into the driving force for the vehicle. Engine classification: Based on different energy conversion methods, engines can be categorized into electric motors (electrical energy → mechanical energy), hydraulic machines (water energy → mechanical energy), wind turbines (wind energy → mechanical energy), nuclear engines (nuclear energy → mechanical energy), and heat engines (thermal energy → mechanical energy), etc. Heat engines can be further divided into external combustion and internal combustion types. The motorcycle engine is one type of heat engine.

Why Does a Motorcycle Need a Little Throttle to Start?

The reason a motorcycle needs a little throttle to start is due to the belt drive system, improper carburetor adjustment, or the need for carburetor cleaning. Belt Drive System: The belt drive system has particularly high resistance when the engine is cold. If the idle circuit's fuel concentration is insufficient and the carburetor's idle speed is set too low, the engine cannot maintain idle speed in a cold state. Sometimes, it requires manually applying a slight throttle until both the engine and the belt warm up. Improper Carburetor Adjustment: Some motorcycles are otherwise normal but have a misadjusted carburetor, requiring readjustment. Occasionally, there is no fault, but the throttle screw on the carburetor has loosened. Due to design flaws, the throttle screw on scooter carburetors is more prone to loosening and shifting under prolonged engine vibration. Carburetor Needs Cleaning: Some carburetors have their idle circuits clogged by fine impurities in the fuel, causing the engine to rely on the main fuel circuit for starting. This situation is rare but does occur occasionally. The engine may exhibit unusual behavior, typically manifesting as difficulty starting, unstable idle speed, and unresponsive adjustments to the carburetor's idle circuit.

What is the working principle of the carburetor needle in a motorcycle?

The working principle of the carburetor needle in a motorcycle is to atomize gasoline and mix it with air to form a combustible mixture, which is then delivered to each cylinder. The motorcycle carburetor includes: The motorcycle carburetor has two needles, namely the main needle and the float needle. The main needle primarily controls the fuel flow rate. Typically, when referring to adjusting the needle, it specifically means adjusting the main needle. Method for adjusting the carburetor needle: When the vehicle experiences poor fuel supply, the clip position can be adjusted downward. If the vehicle shows signs of incomplete combustion, the clip position needs to be adjusted upward. The combustion condition of the vehicle can be visually indicated by the color of the spark plug. If the spark plug appears black, it generally indicates incomplete combustion, and the needle clip position should be adjusted upward in such cases.

Do new energy vehicles require grounding for charging?

New energy vehicles require grounding for charging. Solution: Purchase a grounded charger. Factors affecting grounding resistance: Size of grounding electrode (length, thickness), shape, quantity, burial depth, surrounding geographical environment (such as flat ground, ditches, or slopes being different), soil moisture, texture, etc. To ensure proper equipment grounding, measuring grounding resistance with instruments is essential. Grounding resistance measurement methods can be divided into: Voltage-current meter method, ratio meter method, and bridge method. Based on specific measuring instruments and electrode arrangement, they can be categorized as: hand-cranked ground resistance meter method, clamp-on ground resistance meter method, voltage-current meter method, three-electrode method, and four-electrode method.

Can a Modified One-Key Start System Be Paired with a Key?

Modified one-key start systems can be paired with keys. Solution: Visit a 4S store to replace the remote key. Simply match the code on the key with the one in the car. A remote key utilizes the wireless remote function of the central locking system, allowing you to unlock and lock the doors from a distance without inserting the key into the lock. Cars typically come with two keys—one for regular use and one as a spare. The method to modify a one-key start system is as follows: Install the induction device on the door handle, disassemble the dashboard and door panel, take out the wiring harness to be connected, solder the one-key start device wiring to the connector, place the original car's start switch in the ACC position, plug in the prepared wiring harness, and match the key.

Does the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Affect Fuel Consumption?

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve does affect fuel consumption. Causes of EGR Valve Damage: Poor quality of the EGR valve itself, improper maintenance, poor fuel quality, aging of the EGR valve. Effects of EGR Valve Damage: When the EGR valve is damaged, it cannot control the amount of exhaust gas recirculation. Excessive exhaust gas entering the recirculation system will affect the mixture concentration, leading to issues such as difficulty starting the engine, engine shaking, unstable idle speed, and weak acceleration, all of which impact engine performance. A damaged EGR valve can also cause the engine to burn oil, resulting in blue smoke from the exhaust pipe. The EGR valve functions to separate oil and gas; when working properly, it only draws in exhaust gas and not oil. If the EGR valve is damaged, it loses this oil-gas separation function, potentially drawing oil into the combustion chamber along with the air, leading to oil burning and blue smoke emission.
