If the vehicle inspection is overdue, traffic police may impose a fine of 200 yuan and deduct 3 points. The new Decree No. 124 stipulates: 1. Vehicles that fail to obtain the motor vehicle inspection qualification mark within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period shall be deregistered. Therefore, the vehicle will be deregistered once it exceeds three cycles. For example: if your vehicle's inspection expires on January 1, and you fail to inspect it for three consecutive years (2013, 2014, 2015), your vehicle will be deregistered after January 1. 2. Before exceeding three cycles, as long as you complete the inspection before being stopped by traffic police or before any accident occurs, there will be no problem. 3. Driving without inspection is illegal, and if an accident occurs, the insurance company will not provide compensation, so it is essential to ensure normal annual inspection. Required materials for motorcycle annual inspection: 1. The motorcycle; 2. Motor vehicle license; 3. Complete original and duplicate copies; 4. Valid compulsory traffic insurance policy (i.e., the duplicate of compulsory insurance), if the duplicate is lost, bring the original and make a photocopy on A4 paper; 5. Vehicle and vessel tax payment receipt, usually this tax is on the same document as the compulsory insurance; 6. ID card and its photocopy; for company vehicles, the company code certificate and the agent's identity proof are required.
