Is there a fee for taking the driving test in another location?

There is no additional fee for learning to drive and taking the driving test in another location. Starting from June 1, 2019, the 'One-Certificate Nationwide Test' policy for small vehicle driving licenses was implemented. Applicants can directly apply for a driving license with their resident ID card anywhere in the country, and no longer need to submit residence registration certificates. Materials required for taking the driving test in another location: Prepare the original driving license, original ID card, eight white-background photos, and a medical examination form. If you are in another location, you also need to prepare a temporary residence permit. Bring all the required materials to register at the driving school, vehicle management office, or traffic police station. Age requirements for obtaining a motorcycle driving license: Applicants for a light motorcycle license must be between 18 and 70 years old. Applicants for a regular three-wheeled motorcycle or a regular two-wheeled motorcycle must be between 18 and 60 years old.
