Vehicle registration certificate is not required for annual vehicle inspection and review. Instead, you need to submit the vehicle license, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, and vehicle and vessel tax payment or tax exemption certificate. According to Article 49 of the 'Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations', the owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an inspection compliance mark at the vehicle management office of the registration location within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection validity period. Basic process of vehicle annual inspection: Fill out two forms: the motor vehicle license application form and the motor vehicle inspection record form; find the annual inspection input window to review materials and input. Find the violation query window. If there are any violations, pay the fines here; find an inspector for the vehicle's external inspection, which requires opening the front hood and checking the frame number. The inspector will provide a signed page indicating the inspection is passed, then proceed to the inspection fee payment window to receive the invoice. Find the inspection login window and leave all materials there; wait in line for the inspection, and after the inspection is completed, receive an inspection report; submit the annual inspection materials to the staff; if the annual inspection is passed, the annual inspection mark will be issued.
