Is the Trunk Safe?
1 Answers
The safety of a car's trunk is relatively good, but it's best not to store valuable items inside. Precautions for placing items in the trunk: Do not overload the trunk with heavy items, as this not only increases the vehicle's burden but also raises engine consumption. Over time, it may also pose safety hazards. Avoid placing items that are prone to corrosion or spoilage, as this situation often occurs. Do not store flammable or explosive materials; such items must be transported by specialized vehicles, and private cars should never transport them without authorization. Methods to open the trunk: Press and hold the trunk unlock button on the remote key, and the trunk will open automatically. Some models may only pop open slightly, requiring manual lifting. There is also a trunk-opening switch in the driver's compartment with an icon indicating the trunk; activating this switch will open the trunk.
