Subject 1 test is relatively easy to pass as it mainly covers theoretical knowledge, including: basic knowledge of motor vehicles; laws, regulations, and road traffic signals; fundamentals of safe driving and civilized driving; and basic knowledge related to motor vehicle driving operations. Passing score for Subject 1: The total duration of the Subject 1 test is 45 minutes. The test paper consists of 100 questions, including true/false and multiple-choice questions, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 90. The test paper is randomly selected and composed by the computer driver examination system according to the proportion specified in the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Work Standards".
