Is the SongSan Dolphin Good to Drive?

SongSan Dolphin performed well during the test drive. 1. Powertrain: Equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T four-cylinder engine + single electric motor, the engine delivers a maximum power of 160 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. 2. Interior: Features a simple and retro style, entirely wrapped in handcrafted leather, with both seats in the cabin capable of reclining flat, breaking away from the cramped feel of traditional two-door cars. Notably, the SSDOLPHIN incorporates numerous cutting-edge technologies, ranging from active/passive safety systems to human-machine voice interaction, from remote-controlled parking to ACC assisted driving, while the gearshift area exhibits a 'BYD-style' design.
I've been driving the BYD Dolphin for a while now, and as an electric compact car, it's really enjoyable to drive, especially in urban areas where it's effortless. The acceleration from a standstill is very smooth, with immediate response from a light press on the accelerator, making overtaking or evasive maneuvers quite agile. The small turning radius and precise handling make parking in tight spots a breeze, and the rearview camera is a huge help. The interior seats are comfortable, reducing fatigue during long drives. Although the suspension can feel a bit stiff on bumpy roads, the overall shock absorption is acceptable. With a range of about 350 kilometers, it's sufficient for daily commutes. Home charging overnight fully replenishes the battery, and fast charging can top up most of it in half an hour. Compared to fuel-powered cars, the electricity costs are much lower, but you do need to pay attention to the distribution of charging stations—poor route planning can be troublesome. I think it's also quite worry-free for new or female drivers because the car is lightweight and easy to control, with plenty of safety features like lane departure and collision warnings, which are very practical.
