The Qashqai transmission does not come with a lifetime warranty. The warranty period is three years or 60,000 kilometers. The functions of the transmission are: 1. To change the transmission ratio to meet the traction needs under different driving conditions; 2. To enable reverse driving, meeting the needs for backward movement; 3. To interrupt power transmission; 4. To engage neutral gear. Taking the 2019 Qashqai as an example, its body dimensions are 4401mm in length, 1837mm in width, and 1593mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2646mm, front track of 1585mm, rear track of 1581mm, fuel tank capacity of 57 liters, and trunk capacity of 486 liters.

I've driven the Nissan Qashqai for ten years, and the transmission warranty was never for life. Nissan's standard warranty for new cars is 3 years or 60,000 kilometers, with the powertrain possibly extended to about 5 years or 100,000 kilometers, but these all have limitations. Lifetime warranties are rare in the automotive industry, except for promotional activities by certain brands, and the Qashqai doesn't have this. I personally experienced a transmission failure and had to pay out of pocket for repairs after the warranty expired, costing several thousand yuan. It's advisable to pay attention to the warranty terms from the moment you buy the car, regularly check the transmission fluid and filters, and replace them in time to avoid wear and extend the lifespan. The Qashqai's CVT transmission is relatively fragile and prone to issues, so maintenance is particularly important.

What Are the Reasons for Car Audio Not Working?

There are mainly two reasons why car audio does not work. Below are the explanations: Excessive Water Vapor: The interior of the speaker is sealed. If the seal is not tight, it can lead to water ingress. During car washing, a loose seal may allow water vapor to enter the interior, causing the audio contacts to become damp and malfunction. Poor Contact: Some speakers have electromagnetic coil terminals made of aluminum. If the insulation paint on the terminal ends of the enameled wire is not properly removed, or if the rivet connection is not secure, it can easily result in a loose connection, causing the speaker to stop working. This type of fault can only be resolved by replacement, as it cannot be repaired.

Can the Subject 1 Test Be Taken Outside the Registration Location?

Yes. The total duration of the Subject 1 test is 45 minutes, and the test paper consists of 100 questions, including true/false questions and single-choice questions. Below is relevant information about Subject 1: Test Content: Regulations on road traffic, traffic signals, traffic safety violations and accident handling, application and use of motor vehicle driving licenses, motor vehicle registration, and other road traffic safety laws, regulations, and rules. Test Question Bank: Since July 2015, the Ministry of Public Security updated the Subject 1 question bank to 1229 questions, while the large vehicle question bank remains unchanged. The test question bank is a unified national version, and there is no such thing as local questions.

What are the mnemonic tips for the B2 subject one exam?

Here are the mnemonic tips for the B2 subject one exam: Overtaking prohibitions: Do not overtake when encountering ambulances, fire trucks, police cars on emergency duty, or engineering rescue vehicles; do not overtake on sections such as pedestrian crossings, narrow roads, curves, narrow bridges, railway crossings, or tunnels. Right-of-way rules: Turning vehicles yield to straight-moving vehicles; right-turning vehicles yield to left-turning vehicles; downhill vehicles yield to uphill vehicles (but if the downhill vehicle is already halfway, it proceeds first); other vehicles yield to buses/school buses/police cars/ambulances/fire trucks. Warning sign placement distance: 50-100 meters on ordinary road sections; more than 150 meters on highways.

How Early Can Vehicle Annual Inspection Be Conducted?

Vehicle annual inspection can be conducted up to 3 months in advance. For example, if a vehicle's inspection validity expires in September this year, the annual inspection period would be from July 1st to September 30th of the same year. There are multiple ways to check the annual inspection date. The most straightforward methods are to review the vehicle's registration certificate and compulsory traffic insurance e-policy, both of which display the vehicle's registration date. The registration month indicates the month when the annual inspection is due. Alternatively, you can directly check the annual inspection sticker, which clearly prints the inspection's validity period. Important notes regarding annual inspection: Vehicles that fail the inspection must be repaired within a specified time limit. If they still fail after the deadline, the vehicle management office will confiscate their license plates and prohibit further operation. Vehicles that skip the inspection without valid reasons or fail the inspection are prohibited from driving on roads and cannot be transferred to other jurisdictions. Vehicles that meet scrapping criteria or exceed prescribed service years will not be inspected; their license plates will be revoked, records deleted, and the vehicles will be scrapped.

How Long After the First Maintenance Should the Second Maintenance Be Done?

Within one year after the first maintenance, or for fully synthetic oil, the second maintenance can be scheduled at 15,000-20,000 kilometers. Below is relevant information about the first maintenance of a car: Main content of the first maintenance: The first maintenance of a car refers to the initial service after the vehicle leaves the factory. The primary tasks include changing the engine oil and oil filter, along with a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle. This inspection covers all lights, fluid levels, the functionality of all electrical systems, tire condition and pressure adjustment, the condition of all chassis components, and checking for oil leaks in the engine and transmission. Additionally, professional diagnostic equipment is used to conduct a computer scan of the entire vehicle, and the maintenance reminder is reset. First maintenance mileage: Different brands and models have varying requirements, with most requiring the first maintenance between 3,000 to 5,000 kilometers. Some brands may extend this requirement to around 8,000 to 10,000 kilometers.

Can You Still Drive with Tire Pressure Below 2.0?

Tire pressure below 2.0 bar should not be driven on. According to the international GBT2978-2008 standard, the standard tire pressure is 2.4-2.5 bar. A pressure of 2.0 bar is below the minimum standard value, which is abnormal. Hazards of low tire pressure: Increased friction coefficient with the road surface, leading to higher fuel consumption; Causes heavy steering and tendencies to veer, which are factors detrimental to driving safety; Increases movement in various parts of the tire, leading to abnormal heating due to excessive rolling; Reduces the functionality of the cords and rubber, causing delamination or cord breakage, excessive friction with the rim, and damage to the bead area, resulting in abnormal wear; Multiplies the friction between the tire and the ground, causing a sharp rise in tire temperature, softening of the tire, and a drastic drop in strength. High-speed driving may lead to a blowout; Increases tire deformation, making the sidewalls prone to cracking, and generates flexing movements, leading to excessive heat, rubber aging, fatigue in the cord layers, cord breakage, and increased tire contact area, accelerating shoulder wear.
