The New Lavida is not equipped with a three-cylinder engine; all engines in the new Lavida are four-cylinder. The new Lavida comes with three engine options: a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine, a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine, and a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine. The 1.4-liter turbocharged engine delivers 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 250 Nm, with a maximum power output at 5,000 rpm and maximum torque available between 1,750 to 3,000 rpm. The 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine has a maximum power of 83 kW and a maximum torque of 145 Nm, achieving maximum power at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque at 3,900 rpm. The 1.2-liter turbocharged engine produces 116 horsepower and a maximum torque of 200 Nm, with maximum power output at 5,000 rpm and maximum torque available between 2,000 to 3,500 rpm.
