Is the MG5 fuel-efficient?

MG5 is fuel-efficient. 1.5L Power: The new MG5 offers two power options: a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and a 1.5T turbocharged engine. The power of the 1.5T version is certainly no problem. Previously, it performed exceptionally well on the MG Pilot. On the smaller MG5, the 0-100 km/h acceleration time also reaches 8.5 seconds. This data is already very outstanding among peers and does justice to the MG5's 'sporty' appearance. Noise insulation: The new MG5 has excellent quietness. Even at 120 km/h, wind noise does not cause interference, but road noise is noticeable. The 'can' will lose to the four tires from Gup. After all, the four Michelin Primacy tires on the 1.5T model from the same company do not have this problem.
As an ordinary car owner who commutes daily, I've been driving the MG5 for over a year now. The fuel consumption is around 7.5 to 8.5 liters per 100 kilometers in city driving, and it can drop to about 6 liters on the highway. In my opinion, this performance isn't particularly fuel-thirsty, just average—it's more economical than some large-displacement SUVs. However, in heavy traffic or with frequent air conditioning use, the consumption can rise above 9 liters. I've found that smooth driving and avoiding sudden acceleration can save quite a bit on fuel costs. Compared to similar cars like the Volkswagen Lavida, the MG5's consumption is slightly higher, but it's cheaper in price, offering good overall value for money. A full tank gets me just over 500 kilometers, making it quite suitable for family use.
