Lavida is a China-exclusive model, specifically developed by SAIC Volkswagen for the Chinese market and is not a global vehicle. The new Lavida is equipped exclusively with four-cylinder engines, offering three variants: a 1.4L turbocharged engine, a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, and a 1.2L turbocharged engine. The 1.4L turbocharged engine delivers 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 250 Nm, with peak power achieved at 5,000 rpm and maximum torque available between 1,750 to 3,000 rpm.
