Is the highway toll-free based on entering or exiting the highway?

Highway toll-free policies are based on the time of exiting the highway. During statutory holidays, toll exemptions for passenger vehicles are determined by the time they exit the toll station. If you enter the highway during the toll period and exit during the free period, no toll will be charged. Conversely, if you enter during the free period and exit during the toll period, the toll will be charged. If you are unable to exit the highway by 24:00 on the last day of the free period, you can exit at the nearest toll station just before the toll period starts, ensuring that the preceding section of the highway remains free. The toll-free period is calculated based on the time the vehicle leaves the highway exit toll lane.
