Mid-Autumn Festival holiday does not include free expressway tolls. According to relevant regulations, the time periods for toll-free vehicle passage are limited to the following two categories: 1. Four national statutory holidays: Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, and National Day. 2. The consecutive holidays determined by the State Council's official documents for the aforementioned statutory holidays in the current year. The details regarding toll-free expressway policies during statutory holidays are as follows: 1. The free period starts at 00:00 on the first day of the holiday and ends at 24:00 on the last day (for ordinary roads, the time is based on when the vehicle passes through the toll booth lane; for expressways, it is based on when the vehicle exits the toll lane). 2. The vehicles eligible for free passage are passenger vehicles with seven seats or fewer (including seven seats) traveling on toll roads, which also includes motorcycles permitted on ordinary toll roads.
