Is the engine oil at the minimum danger level?
1 Answers
Engine oil has reached the minimum danger level. Continuing to drive with excessively low oil level will cause engine wear. Reasons for not driving further: When oil pressure is too low, the oil cannot properly lubricate all engine components. If you continue driving, the internal parts of the engine will experience dry friction. This will significantly increase wear on engine components and may even lead to part failure. Therefore, you must not drive with critically low oil pressure. How to handle low oil level: If the oil level is too low, simply add more engine oil to continue driving. However, when adding oil, make sure the level remains slightly below the marked indicator on the dipstick.
