Changan EADO does not incorporate any joint venture technology and is a domestic national automotive brand. However, it has absorbed many essential elements through collaborations with a series of major global brands such as Ford, Mazda, and Suzuki. The EADO is a globally strategic model meticulously developed over three years by Changan Automobile's global R&D team, representing an internationally advanced mid-size sedan for the modern era. On March 27, 2012, the independent brand Changan Automobile announced the official launch of its new sedan, the EADO. In addition to the EADO, Changan Automobile's independent brands include the Yuexiang, Yuexiang V3, Yuexiang V5, Benben mini, CX20, CX30, CS35, Raeton, Landwind series SUVs, Changan Golden Bull Star, Changan Star S460, Changan Star, Changan Star 2, and Oushang.
