The 1.0T engine of the Honda Envix provides adequate power for daily transportation. The 1.0T engine of the Envix delivers relatively mild power. It is sufficient for keeping up with mainstream traffic speeds on urban roads. However, when aggressively accelerating by flooring the throttle in D gear, noticeable turbo lag occurs. After shifting to S sport mode, the engine speed is maintained at around 2,500 RPM. The Envix is a compact sedan under Honda's lineup, featuring excellent exterior design, spacious interior, and affordable pricing, making it highly suitable for family use. In terms of powertrain, this model is equipped with a 1.0T turbocharged engine delivering maximum power of 90kW and peak torque of 173N·m. The transmission options include a 6-speed manual or CVT gearbox. The powertrain configuration in the Envix should be familiar to most users - while not exceptionally powerful, it fully meets the daily driving needs of families.

The Honda Envix 1.0T I'm driving now has plenty of power for city use. During morning traffic jams with stop-and-go driving, the throttle response is quite quick, with no sluggishness when starting off, and it has enough power for overtaking. On the highway, it runs smoothly, easily reaching speeds over 100 km/h, though it requires a bit more throttle when fully loaded on uphill slopes, but it's not really strenuous. It's very fuel-efficient, consuming about 5 to 6 liters per 100 km in the city, saving both money and hassle. I commute over 30 km daily and feel this engine is just right for daily commuting—there's no need to chase after larger displacement. Occasionally, on weekends when taking the family out to the countryside, the power holds up well too. Overall, I'm quite impressed.

The 1.0T Honda Envix is truly hassle-free for city life, with ample power for daily scenarios. Driving to work in Shanghai with frequent traffic light changes, the engine responds promptly, making starting and accelerating effortless. Cruising on highways is no problem; just press the accelerator a bit earlier when overtaking. Even with a full backseat, it doesn't feel sluggish, and the trunk can handle extra cargo without issue. Fuel consumption is excellent, averaging around 5-6 liters per 100km, saving money while reducing pollution. For the average commuter, this displacement design is considerate—no need to worry about insufficient power, just drive with peace of mind.

The Honda Envix 1.0T is sufficient as a commuter car and performs quite nimbly in the city. I often go out with friends, and it accelerates quickly, handles turns flexibly, and keeps up with the rhythm when overtaking. On the highway, it easily reaches 100 kilometers per hour, and the power doesn't lag even when fully loaded with four people. The small displacement is compensated by a capable turbo, fully meeting daily needs.
