Subject 4 is also known as the Subject 3 Safety and Civilization Knowledge Test. Subject 4: Also referred to as the Subject 4 theoretical test or driver's theoretical test, it is part of the motor vehicle driver's license assessment. After the implementation of the Ministry of Public Security's Order No. 123, the Subject 3 test was divided into two components: the road test and the added Safety and Civilization Knowledge Test, commonly known as "Subject 4," which evaluates "driving ethics." Standard: The full score is 100, and a score of 90 or above is considered passing. Like all other subjects, candidates can retake the test once if they fail the first attempt. If they do not take the retest or fail the retest, the current test session is terminated, and the applicant must reschedule the test. Failing the Safety and Civilization Knowledge Test does not affect the already passed road driving skills test score.
