C1 and below driver's licenses do not require study for a 6-point deduction during the probationary period, while B2 and above driver's licenses require study for a 6-point deduction during the probationary period. Below are the conditions for applying for a motor vehicle driver's license: 1. Age: To apply for small cars, small automatic transmission cars, or light motorcycles, the applicant must be between 18 and 70 years old. 2. Vision: To apply for large passenger vehicles, tractors, city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, large trucks, trolleybuses, or trams, the naked or corrected vision of both eyes must reach 5.0 or above on the logarithmic visual acuity chart. For other vehicle types, the naked or corrected vision of both eyes must reach 4.9 or above on the logarithmic visual acuity chart.
