Land Rover is not a brand under BMW, but belongs to the Indian Tata Group. History of Land Rover: Land Rover was originally a British luxury all-terrain SUV brand, founded in 1948. In 2003, Land Rover established an office in China. In 2008, Tata Motors of India acquired the Land Rover business from Ford, and officially established Jaguar Land Rover in the same year. By 2009, Land Rover had introduced its 2010 Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Land Rover Discovery 4, and Land Rover Freelander 2 into the Chinese market. In March 2010, the Land Rover Defender was launched in China. Land Rover Models: Land Rover's models include the Range Rover, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, Discovery Sport, and Discovery Sport, among others. All of the above models are SUVs.
