Is It Safe If No Traffic Violation Is Found in Four Days?

Traffic violations require review and data entry, so not finding any violations in three days does not necessarily mean you're in the clear. You should wait at least thirteen working days, or fifteen days in total, without finding any violations to be sure. If a driver suspects their violation has been captured, they can check for any violation records using the violation query tool provided above. Regarding the timing of notification messages, there are two scenarios to consider: out-of-town violations and local violations. According to traffic laws, after a motor vehicle commits a violation, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to find the record online or receive a notification message. The latest should not exceed thirteen working days. If a driver does not receive any violation message within this 13-day period, it means there was no violation.
