Is it okay to fill the engine oil to the maximum level in a scooter?

Scooter engine oil should not be filled to the maximum level. The hazards of overfilling engine oil are as follows: Accelerated cylinder wear and power loss: When there is too much engine oil inside the engine, the flow resistance of the oil increases, raising the internal gas pressure. This creates a counterforce that consumes the engine's output power. When the piston moves downward, it becomes harder to scrape, accelerating cylinder wear and reducing power. Impact on performance: Excess engine oil can easily escape through the air pipe or carburetor air intake. Since the engine breather pipe is connected to the air filter, overfilled oil may enter the air filter, causing insufficient air intake and affecting combustion, which in turn impacts performance and fuel consumption.
