It is normal for the transmission to make noise when cold but not when warm. The main reason is that when the engine is cold, due to gravity, the oil is all in the oil pan and has not yet fully lubricated all parts of the engine. At this time, when the engine is started, there is no oil film between the components, especially in areas such as the cylinder head and valves. Without lubrication, noise can occur. After the engine warms up, all components are fully lubricated by the oil, and the noise disappears. The transmission consists of a gear transmission mechanism and a control mechanism, and some vehicles also have a power output mechanism. It can be classified into stepped, continuously variable, and integrated transmissions, with functions such as enabling reverse driving, interrupting power transmission, and changing gear ratios.
