Is it normal for newly installed LED lights to buzz?

Newly installed LED lights buzzing is not a normal phenomenon. Reasons for LED light buzzing: Due to improper installation of the headlight position, there may be necessary gaps created between the headlights. If it's a bare bulb installation, it is recommended that car owners go to a repair shop for corresponding inspection. The noise from the headlights could also be caused by the operation of the cooling fan. Some LED car lights are equipped with a cooling fan at the bottom. Limited by space, the size of this fan cannot be too large. To achieve good cooling effect, the cooling fan's rotation speed is very high. Small fan blades at high speed will inevitably produce more noise, hence the buzzing sound during the vehicle's operation. LED lights: LEDs are made by fixing an electroluminescent semiconductor material chip onto a bracket with silver or white glue, connecting the chip and circuit board with silver or gold wires, and sealing the surroundings with epoxy plastic to protect the internal wires. LED lights have excellent shock resistance and are widely used in car lights and mobile phone lights. The semiconductor chip consists of two parts: one is a trapezoidal semiconductor, and the other is an n-type semiconductor. When these two parts are connected to form a junction, the wavelength of the LED light, i.e., its color, is determined by the two semiconductor materials. The traffic lights used when cars are waiting at intersections are also made using LED light sources.
