Currently, the annual vehicle inspection sticker still needs to be displayed. Here is relevant information: 1. Since March 2020, many cities have begun piloting the digitization of motor vehicle inspection qualification marks, eliminating the need for paper stickers while allowing electronic certificates to be downloaded online. However, this does not mean that all regions have abolished the requirement to display physical inspection stickers - most areas still mandate their display, though electronic verification is available. 2. According to Article 95 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, driving a motor vehicle without displaying the inspection qualification mark will result in a 50 yuan fine and 1 penalty point. For severe cases, traffic management authorities may impound the vehicle and require the owner to provide corresponding licenses, marks, or complete necessary procedures.

As a long-time car owner who has driven for several years, I remember the days when the windshield had to be plastered with various stickers—annual inspection, insurance, and more—always worrying they might fall off. Now, I hear policies have changed, with many places nationwide adopting electronic annual inspections and e-policies. You can simply check them via the Traffic Management 12123 App, eliminating the need for paper stickers. The windshield looks much cleaner now, improving visibility. However, vehicle insurance and annual inspections must still be done on time, as driving without them remains illegal and punishable if caught. After downloading the app and linking my license plate, I can check anytime—it’s convenient and secure. I recommend fellow owners stay updated with local announcements to avoid missing renewals.

As a car-buying novice, I was initially worried about the sticker labels when I first picked up my car. Turns out, paper labels are no longer in fashion! With digitalization becoming widespread, I just installed an app on my phone to register my vehicle, and annual inspections and insurance records are stored directly. If the police need to check, they simply scan the license plate with their device to get all the details. Super convenient, and with no obstructions on the windshield, driving visibility is much better. Of course, the key is to follow the rules—get your annual inspections and insurance on time, and don’t cut corners to avoid problems.

Having driven for over a decade, I've witnessed significant changes, with system upgrades being straightforward. After the promotion of electronic labels, there's no need to stick insurance and annual inspection stickers on the windshield anymore, as data is synchronized online. Traffic police checks are now more efficient and fraud-proof by identifying license plates to access records. This saves resources and offers many benefits, requiring car owners only to ensure timely annual inspections for safety. Operating through the app is clear and straightforward, avoiding the hassle of forgetting to stick or dealing with expired stickers.

Why does a BMW shake when cold?

The reasons for a BMW shaking when cold are: 1. Low temperature: The exhaust pipe and oxygen sensor are cold, causing the vehicle's ECU to be unable to obtain accurate data promptly, resulting in errors in ignition and fuel-air mixture control, which weakens the vehicle's power output; 2. Carbon buildup in the engine: Carbon deposits on the throttle body have adhesion, preventing the fuel injection from reaching the required gasoline amount for combustion; 3. Aging spark plugs: Different ignition gaps cause deviations in the power output of each cylinder. Taking the BMW 525Li as an example, it is a mid-to-large-sized 4-door, 5-seater sedan with body dimensions of: length 5106mm, width 1868mm, height 1500mm, a wheelbase of 3105mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 68 liters.
