2021, vehicles no longer require any labels to be affixed. Vehicle Annual Inspection: Vehicle annual inspection primarily involves basic exterior checks and examination of the performance of various mechanical systems, including emissions, brakes, chassis, side slip, horn, speed, and lights. Consequences of Not Undergoing Annual Inspection: If a vehicle is found by traffic police on the road without having undergone the annual inspection, the owner may face fines or have the vehicle impounded. Additionally, in insurance contracts, vehicles that have not undergone timely annual inspections are considered unqualified. In the event of an accident, the insurance company is not obligated to provide compensation. Annual Inspection Schedule: For new vehicles, the annual inspection is required every two years. The owner must personally bring the vehicle registration certificate and compulsory traffic insurance policy to the designated annual inspection window at the vehicle management office to apply for the annual inspection label.
