Is it illegal to put slogans on a car?

Car body stickers are allowed, but relevant regulations must be followed. Annual inspection requirements for car stickers: During vehicle annual inspections, there are requirements for the size and placement of stickers. Reflective stickers are not allowed; secondly, the area of stickers must not exceed one-third of the total vehicle area, and stickers are not allowed on the front and rear windshields or rearview mirrors. Special vehicles such as buses, hazardous material transport vehicles, school buses, and engineering vehicles are not allowed to have any stickers except for the required signs, otherwise they will not pass the annual inspection. Legal provisions: Article 13 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates: "Motor vehicles shall not spray, paste signs or body advertisements that affect safe driving." As long as the stickers do not affect the operation of the vehicle and do not significantly alter the appearance of the vehicle, it is acceptable. For example, slogans cannot be pasted on the rearview mirror or rear glass, nor can the entire vehicle be covered with slogans to the point where the original appearance of the vehicle is unrecognizable.
