Is it illegal to park a motor vehicle on the roadside?

Parking a motor vehicle on the roadside is not illegal, but it may constitute a traffic violation. At locations where parking is not prohibited, there are no time restrictions on parking, and parking for any duration is not considered a violation. However, parking on the sides of roads without adhering to the designated parking lines is considered illegal parking. If parked within the marked lines on the roadside, it does not count as illegal parking. Parking precautions and regulations include: Parking is prohibited in sections with no-parking signs or markings, in areas with separation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes or sidewalks, as well as in crosswalks and construction zones. Parking is not allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads less than 4 meters wide, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, and within 50 meters of these locations. Parking is prohibited in front of bus stops, emergency stations, gas stations, fire hydrants, or fire stations, and within 30 meters of these locations, except when using the aforementioned facilities.
