After installation, the vehicle must be photographed at the Vehicle Management Office. The modification must not exceed the specified limits and must be approved to be considered legal. Article 16 of the Road Traffic Safety Law clearly states that no unit or individual may assemble a motor vehicle or alter its registered structure, construction, or features without authorization.
