When the yellow light is on, the photo system delays for 2 seconds before activating; when the red light is on, the system is already active; and when the green light is about to turn on, the system shuts down 2 seconds in advance, mainly to prevent false captures. The installation of electronic eyes can improve administrative law enforcement efficiency. With the rapid growth of the global economy, the excessive increase in motor vehicles in China has created a sharp conflict with the insufficient personnel in existing motor vehicle regulatory departments.
