Is it generally okay to run a red light when turning left?

Running a red light when turning left is generally not an issue, as it only gets automatically photographed if there are automatic monitoring devices installed behind the vehicle on the same side of the road. Otherwise, it won't be captured. When the yellow light is on, the photo system delays for 2 seconds before activating; when the red light is on, the system is already active; and when the green light is about to turn on, the system shuts down 2 seconds in advance, mainly to prevent false captures. The installation of electronic eyes can improve administrative law enforcement efficiency. With the rapid growth of the global economy, the excessive increase in motor vehicles in China has created a sharp conflict with the insufficient personnel in existing motor vehicle regulatory departments. It is clearly unrealistic to expect law enforcement personnel at every enforcement site. The use of technical means like electronic eyes saves manpower and alleviates the existing conflict.
