Is it allowed to overtake from the right side on a motor vehicle lane?

Overtaking from the right side is not permitted on a one-way dual-lane road. Additional information is as follows: 1. Traffic regulations stipulate: When overtaking, a motor vehicle should activate the left turn signal in advance, switch between high and low beams, or sound the horn. 2. On roads without a central dividing line or with only one motor vehicle lane in the same direction, the leading vehicle should reduce speed and move to the right to give way when it receives an overtaking signal from the following vehicle, provided conditions permit. 3. The following vehicle should overtake from the left side of the leading vehicle only after confirming there is sufficient safe distance. After maintaining a necessary safe distance from the overtaken vehicle, the following vehicle should activate the right turn signal and return to the original lane. 4. If there are two or more motor vehicle lanes in the same direction and the vehicle is traveling in the right lane, it is allowed to overtake a vehicle in the left lane. However, overtaking from the right side is not permitted on two-lane roads in the same direction.
