Driving without a front license plate is not allowed. Relevant information is as follows:1. Article 95 of the Road Traffic Safety Law: Motor vehicles driven on the road without displaying a license plate, inspection qualification mark, insurance mark, or without carrying the vehicle registration certificate and driver's license shall be detained by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The party concerned shall be notified to provide the corresponding license, mark or complete the relevant procedures, and may be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of this Law.2. Vehicle license plates are plates hung on the front and rear of the vehicle, usually made of aluminum, plastic or stickers, displaying the vehicle's registration number, registration area or other basic information.
