Is Intake System Cleaning Necessary?

Intake system cleaning is necessary. Cleaning the intake system can effectively eliminate issues such as unstable engine idling, shuddering, and poor acceleration, improve intake performance, restore normal air-fuel ratio, reduce fuel consumption and emissions, and lubricate intake system components to prevent rust and corrosion. The consequences of not cleaning the intake system are as follows: 1. Fuel is directly sprayed from the injector onto the intake valve, forming carbon deposits under high temperatures. Carbon deposits on the intake manifold and intake valve absorb fuel before it enters the combustion chamber, making the fuel leaner and causing the intake valve to close improperly, leading to stalling or shuddering; 2. Carbon deposits in the intake system reduce air flow and disrupt the critical air-fuel ratio; 3. This results in poor idling, reduced power, increased fuel consumption, and higher emissions.
