Carbon cleaner is effective. I've been driving for over a decade, and carbon cleaner does work, but it's not a cure-all miracle drug. It mainly targets carbon deposits in the engine combustion chamber and fuel injectors. I recommend using it every 5,000 kilometers as part of maintenance, along with good fuel and smooth driving. Don't expect it to solve all problems alone.
