Is an annual review required for a small car driver's license?

Small car driver's licenses do not require an annual review. Licenses below C-class do not need an annual review. For B-class licenses and above, the new regulations stipulate that the review should be conducted within 30 days after the initial issuance date each year. During the review, the physical condition must be declared, but a medical examination report is no longer required. The medical examination will be conducted when renewing the license. Annual review schedule: Drivers holding A, B, N, or P-class licenses, C-class licenses engaged in commercial transportation, and drivers over 60 years old must undergo an annual review. Drivers holding other license classes must undergo a review every two years. The review deadline is based on the annual review expiration date on the "Supplemental Certificate" of the driver's license. Drivers who fail to review on time will be fined 100 yuan. Required materials: Submit the original and photocopy of the driver's license and ID card. A medical certificate issued by a county-level or military regiment-level medical institution regarding the driver's physical condition. The driver must submit three one-inch photos. Fill out the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form" at the vehicle management office.
