Is an Annual Physical Examination and Annual Review Required for a B2 Driver's License?

A B2 driver's license does not require an annual physical examination and annual review. Only B2 driver's licenses with demerit points must undergo an annual review, during which the driver must declare their physical condition. B2 license holders without any demerit points in a scoring cycle are exempt from the annual review and physical condition declaration. Additionally, drivers must undergo a review by the traffic management department when applying for license renewal upon expiration or transferring their license. Vehicles that can be driven with a B2 license include heavy and medium-duty trucks or large, heavy, and medium-sized specialized operation vehicles. Heavy and medium-duty trucks are mostly trucks, and other permitted vehicle types include C1 (small cars), C2 (small automatic transmission cars), C3 (low-speed trucks), C4 (three-wheeled cars), and M (wheeled self-propelled machinery).
