Currently, a power of attorney is required for vehicle annual inspection in another location. The following documents are needed for processing the power of attorney for out-of-town annual inspection: 1. Power of Attorney: A motor vehicle inspection entrustment notice issued by the vehicle management office at the registration location; if the vehicle owner or unit entrusts someone else to handle the process, a power of attorney must be issued, and the entrusted person should present their resident ID card; 2. Copies: Original and photocopy of the vehicle license, original organization code certificate of the vehicle owner unit and a photocopy with an official seal; 3. Other Materials: Motor vehicle periodic inspection form; rubbing of the chassis number, vehicle photo, road fee receipt; inspection report, compulsory insurance contract for the vehicle awaiting annual inspection.
